IKO Certified Installer

What it is

IKO is one of the largest shingle manufacturers in North America. Their Certified Installer program requires formal training, ongoing education, and a verified history of quality installations.

Why it matters for you

When an IKO Certified contractor installs IKO shingles to spec, the homeowner becomes eligible for IKO's enhanced manufacturer warranty — coverage uncertified installers cannot offer. We install IKO Cambridge and Dynasty as our primary shingle systems.

GAF Certified Installer

Approved installer for North America's largest roofing manufacturer

What it is

GAF is the largest roofing manufacturer on the continent. Their certification program requires contractors to meet training, insurance, financial stability, and customer satisfaction standards before they're approved.

GAF certification gives homeowners access to enhanced material and workmanship warranties on GAF systems. We install GAF systems whenever a homeowner prefers that brand, and we meet GAF's full certification requirements.

Certified for All Metal Roofing Systems

Trained on standing seam, corrugated, and on-site panel fabrication

What it is

We are certified to install corrugated and standing seam metal roof systems. We use 28-gauge Galvalume steel (AZ50 coating) backed by a 40-year manufacturer warranty.

Why it matters for you

We own a roll-form machine, which means we fabricate metal panels on-site to the exact length your roof needs. That eliminates seams, cuts material waste, and is rare for a roofer in our region.

What it is

We hold an active West Virginia contractor license (#WV062297) and carry general liability and workers compensation insurance on every crew member who steps on your property.

Why it matters for you

Hiring an unlicensed or uninsured roofer puts the homeowner on the hook if something goes wrong — a worker injury, a damaged HVAC unit, water intrusion. Our license and insurance protect you. We provide certificates of insurance to homeowners or HOAs on request.
